Dear community,

As the time to give thanks is upon us I want to give thanks to all of you for making this job so enjoyable, the good and the bad. If I didn't have the praise I would certainly have the laughs over the situations I've had to deal with in the past few years.

The team wants to wish all of our community a safe and fun filled Thanksgiving. Due to the fact that most of our teamlers are in fact in the United States, you may encounter an increase in ticket response times and a possibility that a teamler may not be around exactly when you need them.
