[US] Temporary problems with some Gift Card providers

Hello everyone,
we currently experience problems with some gift card providers.

The following gift cards are affected:

Burger King
CVS
Shell
Subway

Our technical team is working on a solution and we hope to have everything back to normal soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.
