Crafting Festival/event Summer 2016

Saying that, last year (or the year before?) we got a couple of festivals out of sequence.

Perhaps there may yet be hope...?

In reference to this quote from last year......can we get confirmation that it will take place this summer? Would be nice to know that one of the favored events in ROM will take place as scheduled vs. another year of disappointment.

I guess we'll get a third year without it. They really need to fix the event system cause currently its just stupid, we already missed the spring rain festival this year and we're already on track to miss more.

2015: skipped
2016: as Polog mentioned above, it is coming...
