When I say #mergeforums, I mean "I wish they'd merge the us forums into the other boards". Was a response to zen's complaint that these forums have been dead for years.

As for what I do? Clean up, patrolling, ticket processing, event planning, team building, and GF cluebatting as needed. Hope that clears it up.

Do you think some deletion of posts might contribute to kill of any productive discussion on forum?

On the contrary, I find that moderation can help threads to be focused and free of things like flames. In this view, some "deletions" aid productive discussion. Do note that nothing gets truly deleted here.
