sad day for canadians

Gord Downie, the Tragically Hip frontman who united a diverse array of music lovers with his commanding stage presence and Canadiana-laced lyrics, has died.

He was 53.

Downie had an aggressive and incurable form of brain cancer called glioblastoma, which he discovered after a seizure in December 2015.

this is big Canadian news.


i have no words that can explain exactly how i feel.
i know many of you dont know who this is but he was a great Canadian

RIP Gord Downie

Gord Downie will be missed.
His music will continue to be a Canadian Treasure.
Its a sad day in Canada.
