Hi I am starting over as it seem me accounts got delete on merger and I need a guild.
Probably Crush or Whitesharks. Just don't join a gatescumming guild. I'd stay away from Knightshift.

Gate scamming is exploiting a bug to gain a clear advantage, a.k.a. using high-energy barrier on gates.
That aside, you could also try Orion if you haven't found a guild yet. Pretty sure they're very welcoming to new/fresh starting players.
