Returning after years of haitus

I noticed they merged the servers, Even if the game is nearly completely dead I wanted to come back and play for nostalgia, but I can't seem to log into my old account, I've spent thousands on it and I don't really wanna have to start completely back from scratch, is there any way to get my account back? Haven't been able to find anything anywhere

When they merged the servers they, for some reason, thought it was a good idea to just delete accounts that had been inactive for a long time. They chose a date, if you didn't log in after that your account is gone.

Basically, you need to submit a ticket to find out.

No account was deleted, but inactive characters were given a time-frame to be merged.
However, if you can't log in, you may have your Region/Language setting wrong. (The game installs to the Europe region by default.)

What I've heard is that the accounts are still there but the characters have been deleted? I guess to maintain any diamonds that may be on the account. Not sure as to the reasoning.

I've checked and made sure my region was correct, that was my first instinct, but I can't even log into my original account too see if my characters are even still there. It just says account locked.
