I can address #2:

Gameforge has 54 Community Managers and 5 Community Manager "Leaders", according to the org chart. I could be wrong on the count, but there's a bunch, more than 20 at least. Note it's possible that the org chart hasn't been updated in a while but still, there's a bunch.

Sometimes neither our US Community Manager (who also takes care of FR and EN) nor our Product Community Manager (who is also the "Community Manager" for PL) is available, and all Community Managers are a "Replacement Community Manager" on all boards for Gameforge, so that if in the unforeseen event that both of our community managers are out, any of the others can fill in regularly with basic tasks. In this case, Darcoon filled in who actually is the Community Manager for RoM.DE.

Don't fret - unless something JUST happened, Polog is still around, and so is Celes.
