Best Scout Combos

Been playing scout recently and really like it, not sure what combos are best for it, any suggestions? Also, do they only use dex statting or do they also use str? I remember back in the day they used to used str as well and lastly are they any better or worse than r/m or r/wd or maybe some sort of warlock combo (if locks can dps, i heard they were just suppport but i thought they were kinda fun)?

S/r, S/wd and 3rd best scout would be s/w for single target dps. All three of which also provide good group debuffs to bosses to increase everyones dps.
