Level 85 seeds

My planting skill is at 88 but I seem to be unable to find seeds higher than 79.
Could someone please direct me as to where to find higher level seeds?

the legendary 80 planter also has the seeds where you leveled to 80 planting xD

LOL np xD I think they get just confused with the pots or something, coz the first time I looked in there when 85 first came out I dismissed it also I think hah :D
