Rune Crystals?

It's been a very long time since the Windmill sets were wanted or viable, yet those rune crystals still never drop. I have spend 100+ (closer to the thousands more likely than not) hours farming that place without a single drop. A quick look on the auction house confirms that they are not in circulation. So on to my actual question, are materials such as that fabled rune crystal and other near-impossible to get materials for the lower level and less desirable crafted items going to be adjusted? And if not will the recipes be reworked or removed entirely? Right now they are pretty pointless to even have in the game if they are not obtainable. :?:

They are in the game, I've gotten them. How much luck do you have going? If you run with a lot of luck buffs they will drop.

Also running Windmill at what level?? if level 92 you will have less chance of getting it. Use lowbie alt and it will be easier. Also why do you want that low gear that much?
