The new Level 98 Necklaces are Bound????

Don't get that. Hope it is a mistake that will be fixed. Shouldn't they be Bind on Equip like the Level 71 Necklaces we craft? If they are intended to be that way then it was stupid of me to level my Carpentry up to 98 on my Scout and be able to craft a 98 necklace for a magic user. Silly me. I hope it is a mistake like the level 98 chest recipes that we could buy until we had our crafting leveled to 100. I do believe that was fixed but have gone to check yet. Need to understand.

It is exactly what they want. Now you have to buy an ABL everytime you craft.

Bug report forums are open for posts. No one can say for sure if this is a glitch without prodding the developers.
