Removing an ISS

I saw a macro in the Give a macro, Take a macro thread about equipping an item-set skill from the list, however, are there any macro's that can either equip macros from the list to a certain slot# (out of the 5) or a macro to remove a certain already equipped ISS? Looked through the list of functions and after getting thoroughly confused came here. ^.^
