What is 'suppose' to be the free gift for today? I got an error message too, and was told the gift was a luck potion, however there are no luck potions in my item depot when i search it alphabetically.

PS: make item depot stuff stack, so useless.

As far as I now, it's random. One toon got 10 AT charges & another got a TP pot. So double check your depot for anything that looks new.

Well free stuff isn't bad, and it is useful stuff, some of it... just small amounts. The problem comes in when they make the item go to a broken Item Depot which is worse than the item shop itself to use....

"Yay you guys put 300 items that are stackable, separately in a laggy page i have to collect them from 1 at a time rather than in my bags" --Said no one, ah, ever.

It hasn't yet been 24 hours since my last collection, but the daily loyalty bonus is available to me (day 2). There is no timer, the "collect" button is showing andis green, but clicking on it does nothing. I see no errors anywhere....Anyone having this problem?

Same problem as Rovie. Click collect and nothing happens. On all characters.

Just once it would be nice if GF actually learned from their mistakes.

24 hour period that keeps getting pushed back and back and back... What a grand idea no one saw coming after all this time, instead of being based on either the daily resets and such, it had to be it's own entity and placed on a flat out 24 hour period, not any lower right? Honestly a 22 hour cooldown would have been better or even a 23 hour period instead.

This is exactly the same stuff they did last Christmas. So I can answer some of the questions here from experience since I tested some scenarios last Christmas.

You can't collect your reward until reset if you already collected the reward for the day even though the timer has run out and the Collect button is already visible. This will happen to those who collect their rewards from 12 to around 9am PST. I'm basing this from the 15h timer, it used to be 24h on the first week of the December Login Event then it changed to 15h.

The timer only plays some role for those who collect after 9am PST since they'll have to wait for the timer to run out to get the reward for the next day.

So for example, if you collect your reward at 11pm PST, even if the reset time is in 1 hour at 12am PST, you can't collect the next reward until the timer runs out.

On the other hand, if you collect the reward at let's say around 6am PST, the timer will run out at around 9pm PST, the Collect button will be visible but it won't work until three hours later at reset time.


Anyway, I still want my question earlier answered by anyone from the staff. Will this be a permanent thing now every month or just this month as a part of the Anniversary Event?

Now the Instructions button on the Daily Loyalty Bonus has been updated to actually say something. Looks like skipping a day won't matter--it says if you don't have time for Runes of Magic, you won't lose your progress. Also says once you reach the 28th square, the game will start over. So looks like a perm addition--free stuff every day isn't bad!

was able to get day 2 rewards this morning. Seems as though, despite the button being lit up or the timer having counted down, you still need to wait 24 hours to claim.

Same here. The time ran down, the message said the reward was available, and the green Collect button was lit. But pressing it did nothing.

So I waited a few more hours and then I got it. Oddly enough, I didn't have to log off and on again in order to collect it. Just wait a few hours. Basically it means that you don't know when the reward is available, and have to keep checking, which is a nuisance given how lagging the IS window is. (And why does the timer seem to renew with 15 hours on it? Not that the timer seems to be relevant anyway.)

Oh so it isn't a log on bonus, its a fake counter on the front with a real hidden lockout counter in the background.

Can y'all implement anything the way you say you will?
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.
If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.

As much as I'd love to say I offer consulting services, the scope of things broken is too large.
