Magic Wardrobe Server Merge Explanation

Hello

Could someone(s) explain this to me with a bit more depth?

"players from servers (list) will be asked to log in on the main website tp their "my account" management page to send costumes from the Magic Wardrobe"

Maybe I'm just not seeing it or I'm not understanding or perhaps its not an active thing until post merge.

But I cannot find this anywhere. On the main page, going to "Account" has no option for magic wardrobe. All i see is change email, pw or secondary pw and redeem code.

Am I (probably) doing something wrong or looking in the wrong place?

The only error is that the interface isn't there yet because the merge hasn't happened yet.

Gotcha

Was trying to (pre) prepare and make sure everything was in there. I've got an almost full magic wardrobe. Guess I'll just take screenshots and compare post merge

I was able to log in on my Dwarf. Screen shot for anyone who may be lost in the sauce... like I was :whistling:

Oh and it will give you an error if you try to transfer your wardrobe while logged on to the game.

One problem, before the server merge I had many costume pieces that were the same on both servers in the magic wardrobe. When the merger took place I only had one of each item. It seems that I had all my duplicate pieces even those I paid diamonds for deleted.

from the above image 2.) You cannot transfer any doubled up items. Sounds like that's intentional. With the way the wardrobe lets you recolor and store costume settings, having two of one type seems redundant anyhow.

That is exactly what I said they are deleting items real world money had to be spent to acquire.

So if you had two exactly duplicated items in your wardrobe... then what. What extra value could you derive from it? None. Better to have the space. Post-merge: you cannot do anything with two, that you could not have done with just one.

Well if people paid real money for the said items and no matter what the reason is for them to have duplicates, a reimbursement would be in order or a credit of diamond on their accounts. They paid real money for those items!!

If before the merge, all toons on the account had access to a costume because it was in the wardrobe on both servers THEN post-merge, all toons on the account have access to that same costume. No value or usefulness lost: no need for reimbursement.
