Help how do I get to pioneer's camp

I Have returned after long absence and would like to start leveling up on my 87/70 M/S. However I cannot find Pioneers Camp cannot get past stationary dogs in Jungles of Hortek (a glitch?). Have had slight memory loss was gones about 3 years never see any guild members on line was a really Great guild so hate to leave (very nice Castle etc.) had to download game on new computer so am just frustrated cause of all the macros and memory of how to play. Please if any can help with info on getting to continue on main Quest and Questing information Greatly Appreciated and Needed. Thanks

My advice first and foremost would be to join a new active guild. and go through your problems 1 by 1 with experienced friends you make there. As you've provided very little details here to get any of your questions answered. But also the simple fact that being social in this small community game is the fastest way to progress (unless you are a god of multi-clienting or have endless time on your hands.)
