Any need for new endgame druids right now?

Hi all,

With the xp event, I got my alt druid/warden/warrior to 100/100/62, and the party buff skills to 100. I've been farming ibp with my main, and I notice a lot of priests and some druids standing outside the instance. I can't help but wonder if any actually are welcome in to the instance, to heal during combat.

The reason I ask, will decide how I outfit my druid. I recently bought all the healer gear, mostly crafted OD lvl99/100, and most of the stats, XVI or better. Before I start statting though, I have questions, and am getting conflicting answers.

I can see two scenarios panning out:

1- I will eventually get some dungeon runs, and access to better gear and stat drops, so go ahead and put good stats on the crafted gear, but don't go above tier 7, and don't spend a fortune on the really expensive stats.

2- I'll never get any invites into good dungeon runs (too many druids already), so go ahead and equip as best as I possibly can, to last me until the next level cap is raised. Hope and pray to eventually get good luck, but in the mean time, lol roll another toon?

I've tried talking to druids in game, but the responses vary so much, my doubts are worse now than ever.

And for those wondering, yes, I'm in an awesome guild which I'll never leave, but lately only a few active players still play, not enough for ibp runs, so i'll have to "druid/warrior LFG".

Thanks for reading. I'd appreciate any constructive feedback.

You'll get alot less runs trying to pug, as runs only require one druid and most guilds have at least one that is usually available.

I wouldn't suggest spending that much on stats. Healers require barely any gear and the gear you make now could easily last you 20 levels if you only care about doing PvE content. Mem/crafted gear statted with current bag stats is good enough that you really won't have to regear for many many levels if you don't want to.

By far the biggest need is quality tanks (knight/warrior) but they're going to cost a bit more to gear.

If you play P/K in instances you're garbage

Thanks, I might do that. Roll a Knight/Warrior. Haven't played a tank yet in this game.
