Selling/buying diamonds or gold?

Ok maybe I've been gone too long but are you not able to sell diamonds and gold anymore via the auction house? I had an auction house mod installed and it didn't show any or even the ability to sell them. I removed the mod and same thing, nothing & can't sell it. Anyone able to answer this?

So now I'm curious, how do non-level cap players (or new players) earn gold to buy stuff other than questing & killing things? I remember when I first started that you could buy diamonds and sell them to get a decent amount of gold but with that option gone, I'm lost on how to get it.

people can still sell diamonds... you just have to gift them the items they want, and you charge accordingly per diamond spent...
you can either get gold first... or gift first.... it is diamond seller preference as they hold the golden key for most players sadly...
as there is zero way to earn free diamonds in this game...and no, loyalty chests do not count, for any keyboard warriors.

lot of trust involved of course...

would be nice if diamonds were put back into AH someday,

but anything you mean to do is still do-able.
