Stuns and Using Skills While Stunned:
Some stuns and other effects will prevent players from activating new actions, but not all "interrupt" current actions. For example, if a mage is casting Flame, and a warden banishes said mage, the warden will still get hit by flame since banish does not interupt. However, the mage will be helpless afterwards. Some such skills that DO NOT interrupt are:
Savage Whirlwind (with w/wd 70 elite) -- don't rely on it to interrupt heals or mage casts.
Banish
w/k Throw shield (lvl 70 elite bullseye makes it a non-interrupting stun)
Also, some skills/items can be used while stunned. Warden/warrior Immortal Power (which makes you immune to the next 3 pieces of damage) can be used while stunned or shadow prisoned. So too can the set skill Undefeatable king from warriors, and Escape from rogues. Stuns do not 100% prevent actions.
Full HP Restoration:
There are a number of items and skills that can fully restore a player's hp to full. The first one that most players are aware of is Soul Source from priests, but it is not the only one. The d/wd elite Gift Pulse can restore up to 90% hp instantly. The herald skill Raise Morale puts a guild wide buff that fully restores player HP once per second for 5 seconds. Finally, items handed out by GM's during special events called Universal Potions instantly restore full hp/rage/mana/focus/energy.
Also, some classes like w/r and Champions, have skills that resture full hp upon death. Essentially they are skills that do the same/similar to Phoenix Redemptions. In the case of champions, it is a blue buff called Remodeled Body usable only while in shield form. It only lasts 8 seconds, so just wait for it to end, THEN kill the champion. If you drop his hp to 0 while it is active, he WILL get full hp again and you'll have to start over. Remodeled Body has a 5min cooldown.
There are also some rare/old item shop items called Sacred Phoenixes. These are phoenix redemptions that don't come with that "10 min reuse time". In other words, if someone wants to throw a whole sht pile of dias at you, they can be close to immortal.
Stupidly High Damage:
Yes, it is possible for someone to hit you for 500k, or even 5million damage without hacking. The 2 classes in siege that I know of that have the title "hardest single hit" are knight/mage and champion/mage. In seige war, knight/mages can use their cooldowns and smack a priest/knight for 700k damage. It happens. It is NOT a hack, just abilities that are way over powered in pvp. Champion/Mage skill Elemental rampage DOES hit players for millions of damage. Again, it is not a hack, that is how the skills are supposed to work. As annoying as it is getting 1 shot for 3x your hp, it doesn't mean the enemy team is hacking, it just means they bring some really strong classes to siege.
Constant Missing on Enemies:
It is well known that you can miss on npcs. You can also miss on enemy siege buildings. So why is it, that when you miss players consecutively, some players assume it is a "hack"? If you constantly miss someone you should ask yourself "why am I missing" first. And you're missing because you have low weapon skill. Your WEAPON LEVEL SKILL affects the number of misses among other things. If you recently made a m/wd or a r/m, and wonder why your flame spams miss all the time....go smack some afk monsters to level your staff skill and try again. Misses themselves aren't hacks, and if they happen a lot it is a result of a lack of diligence (or time if your character is new) to improve your character. And don't make a mistake here -- Misses are not the same as dodge, which are not the same as resist, which are different from immune, which are different from absorb...Miss also appears on things like gates when you try to put a dot skill on them. I'm not sure if this is possible on players -- that is a miss appearing because the player is immune to a skill effect and it registers as a "miss" instead of immune or fizzles without effect -- but it might be possible.
