Here's an overview of the different types of officials and semi-officials you see posting on the boards:

Official Liaison between the Company and the Community.
The CM works with external fan sites, posting news and announcements on the official site, organizes and runs events and is in general, responsible for everything that is community related.
The Community Manager posts on the boards in Blue or Red.

The Game Masters are official Customer Support Representatives of Frogster America. Their role is to run the day-to-day support in-game and on the boards. They resolve our players' technical and game issues and have the last say on any issue between the players. They are the only ones that can reprimand players for misbehavior.

FM's are trusted members of our community that have volunteered to aid their fellow players on the boards and in game, by giving advice and counsel. Their role is to keep an watchful eye on things and let the GMs know if there is any issue on the boards and in game that needs our attention. They have a limited number of permissions on the boards (move, open, lock and merge threads, delete).
