How to Report Player Misconduct
If you observe another player in the game preforming an action that you believe qualifies as illegal behavior, please follow the following steps so that we can properly investigate the matter.
- Record the player's actions with a video recording software such as FRAPS, GameCam or Camstudio.
- Upload the video to YouTube and select the option to make the video “unlisted”.
- Submit a support ticket with the link to the video along with a detailed description of what you witnessed.
This procedure must be followed in order for us to properly investigate all allegations of player misconduct.
The following is a list of things NOT to do if you encounter what you believe is player misconduct:
- DO NOT submit screenshots (they are insufficient evidence)
- DO NOT report player names on the forum
- DO NOT try to retaliate with other illegal activity
We have taken a firm stance on suspending players that attempt to hack the game or make habitual use of exploits and player harassment. By reporting players through the proper channels, we can effectively investigate each claim on an individual basis.
To all would-be hackers, exploiters and harassers, consider this your warning: if you get caught on video, your account will be suspended.
