There was an issue with the game that was causing certain items to disappear from some player's houses. We are happy to announce that we have discovered the root problem of that issue (some missing source code) and Runewaker has corrected it.
Many of you have already sent in tickets about your items, and we are working to get those expedited as fast as we can. At this time we are currently asking players to please not submit any more tickets in regards to missing items. After we have had a chance to make sure that everyone that has already submitted a ticket gets their items back, we will make an announcement asking for players that still might have missing items to send in a ticket.
We do want to thank you for your patience and to show our appreciation we will be having a special event that everyone will benefit from. We will make an announcement about this event after we have all the details.
