OK was going to edit my post myself once i typed it out but it would not let me, it just felt better to type it out. I mean come on, 20 space storage chest slammed full of everything and 6 housekeepers fully leveled with slammed full invetories all disappear and this is the repayment for this. Who makes these decisions to insult our intelligence like this?

Well, ty frogster. Your inability to handle these customer service issues has made up my mind for me and i will start to glance at other game options today, til i find something i may still be playing, but no more juice from this orange for you. The items in that package don't even cover the cost of an empty twenty slot house chest, not to mention the stuff inside for a lot of us.

Wow... I was perfectly happy to let the matter drop with the "glitched" gashas... but this? Teh st00pid! It hurtzz! 18 level 70 jewels, 2 charms that aren't worth the time to equip and mail and a chest that is a quarter size of what was erased?!?

Honestly, have the people that determine this stuff EVER played the game? Have they even been in the same room with someone that has played it?

the jewels aren't even for lvl 70, their for lvl 40. Yea this was a crap turn of events, took you since November to decide to make a package that screws us over in the end. congrats

The package actually contains Perfect Revelation jewels.

The name on the package is incorrect, but we did not wish to delay the package further for a purely text-based error.

Green, check it when you open it. Somebody in Noto did and said it just says that it has level 40 ones- they're just mislabeled, actually perfect Revelation jewels come out when you open it. I never put in a ticket, cause I only lost a housemaid on an alt, my main was fine, so I have no idea myself, I didn't get a package.

Now, as to why in all the harry hells they would give out teeny tiny chests instead of a real 20 slot chest that's what people had disappear- epic fail doesn't even begin to cover it.

Why are players of Osha and Indigo not provided with the same free housing storage as all other servers, as shown by this blatantly insulting reimbursement package?

Every character on the US servers of Osha and Indigo lost 20 slot house chests. Some characters were sent a 7 slot house chest, some were sent a 5 slot house chest. Some were sent small exp/tp charms, some sent large.

Can you please explain to the community why some players were entitled to more compensation than others?

If that package came with 5 of those gasha's we had not long ago that came with all the items listed I wouldn't complain about a 5 slot chest... but this? Come on... 5 is not 20. The majority lost the 20 slot one... come on now...

No more arguing, and putting up with this crap. Just leave the game and
all their wannabe compensation packages in the dust.
Find a company and a game that actually cares about it's players.

Honestly the main thing I was hoping to get returned to me with this package was my 20 slot chest. Instead I was handed a 7 slot chest? Seriously what a huge fail how can you guys remove everyone's 20 slot chest and reimburse us with a 7 slot one. It takes you guys this long to give us something back and this is what we get unbelievable.

What does this mean?
After these packages are sent to us, are our tickets automatically closed & we have no hope in receiving our lost items, is that it?
I didn't quite understand the original msg... does it mean that everyone who can be sent their missing items have already been sent back their missing items??? Which means, that if you haven't gotten any of your original items back, then it's gone forever because that data can't be accessed anymore...or are the open tickets still being worked on to get missing items back??
Has anyone gotten their lost items back along with these pointless packages? The only way the packages would be worthwhile is if it contained the missing original 20slot chests & enhanced perfect jewels. But that's not the case...

Heh, I think Frogster should wipe everyone's chests & replace everyone's 20slot with a 5 or 7slot chest whatever to make it fair coz this is being incredibly unfair that NEW players post-October weren't affected by this.

I was thinking about buying dias again but this has made me think twice. I haven't brought any dias in 11 months lol.

the ppl who made these pkgs must not play the game coz these pkgs are only useful to extremely new players, not endgame players at all. unfortunately, none of the new players have lost anything since this all happened in October or before.

i lost a bunch of od gear, this makes up none of it. looking back, the only thing i'm happy now about it is that thankfully I hadn't statted any of it yet, I'd quit rom if I had blown tons of puris & charges to stat & teir up the od gear just to lose it all to get in exchange this comp pkg that isn't worth what most of us have lost. but this is gonna be such a waste of time trying to reacquire similar od items again....

For a company, they sure like to hoard their infinitely available intangible products (virtual items). It does not cost them anything to return what was lost.

In regards to the 20-slot chest, it's likely that some players have already bought and replaced the chest. Are they trying to coerce more storage sales? They're more likely to drive off customers.

This is what I'm guessing. They can say "Hey we did give you a storage chest and it was free! You want a bigger one it's on sale every week for 85 dias! What a bargin! Right? *wink wink* Seriously... buy it now!"

I understand that they had to find some balance in the items because not everyone lost the same things... but I think most everyone will agree that they did lose the 20 slot storage chest regardless of what items were inside.
