Your point remains valid, but for the sake of accuracy on this topic, the people who have received reimbursement packages thus far have mostly received only a 5 slot house chest.

For the sake of accuracy, there is more than one package being given out and several of us have the Platinum Package which gives a 7 slot storage chest and Superior Charms, but this is still just garbage.

Every character on the US servers of Osha and Indigo lost 20 slot house chests. Some characters were sent a 7 slot house chest, some were sent a 5 slot house chest. Some were sent small exp/tp charms, some sent large.
Can you please explain to the community why some players were entitled to more compensation than others?

* What is going to stop the people who didn't lose anything from submitting a ticket and claiming they lost something? I'm sure a decent amount of people have done this already. There are a few honest people out there, though. You claim you don't have any more logs, what's to stop me from claiming loss on all three of my toons even though I didn't lose anything?
* Some people lost a collossal amount of stuff. You're giving them $80 (maybe?) for some of them that have lost upwards of $1,000 worth of stuff. I mean, yeah, you're giving something back, but I would have just opted not to give anything out, it would have prevented everyone from complaining as most people have just considered the losses and moved on to a different game (or just accepted that their stuff is lost forever. Now the folk that have waited around to try and get something are insulted at what they got.
