Just have a few things to say here. 1. I am glad I didn't send in a ticket yet because its not really worth it. 2. This was all blowing over and people moving on, Talk about picking a scab on a wound. 3. Makes me wonder if the chest where taken on purpose because what is so hard about giving people who support froggster paychecks decent items for the trouble it has caused them and the Cash they bought.

Talk about slapping people in the face and giving the message out that you really don't care what people lost as long as they stay and fill your pay checks.

Its bad enough This game has enough bugs in it than a roach motel, Gold spamers and people spamming general with non sense and giving gamers a hard time, Siege crashes and other dc issues the game has than to give them 5 slot chest and items that is just barely good enough for a newbie player. Really sad how frogster ruin a once good game.

the reimbursement pkgs showed up in my mailboxes yesterday, guess i'm one of the last ones. nope they didn't upgrade mine to the original 20slot chest =( they're still giving out the 7slot ones.

Ok, I haven't gotten anything for my characters missing their chests, and frankly, i'm not sure if I care, but I opened up tickets forever ago and then they shut them down for whatever reason, how about do I go about opening up a ticket again? The report problem thingy ain't on RoM anymore. On a side note, Aslan Valley is broken and I cant' log on my main char nor one of my alts which sucks, can y'all fix that before siege please?

I got my 20-slot starter chests by submitting a new ticket. I specifically asked for my 20-slot chest that I had received when I first started my characters.

what I don't understand the stuff in my chest were puri stones and things that were bought in the CS, which I see I will never get back, but instead I got jewels not to exceed level 40, lol. those wont do me any good. I think I am most upset about the costumes I lost, that I got from the rom gift set along with that chest. I received an email stating yes you did have those items and do you want them mailed back? which I never got. then all of a sudden sorry we don't see you owning those items. Is there no way to see which codes you redeemed?

I just wanted to add my thanks for getting the items back that I thought were lost for good, and was told by some of the "other players" with whispers etc...

well I guess there may have been a luck few who received items after a lengthy period but what I recieved I consider a slap in the face. 1 platinum pkg, to replace 2 chests full of stated gear and stated with puris at that. thx for nothing so in return I will not be spending ANY more money here! (check the records and I havent since 80+ rl cash disappeared a long with my chests) which is over a year ago now

I'm still waiting for a response at all here....I sent a ticket in early Autumn last year and got an automated response e-mail about a week ago (nice delay there..). I replied to that and got another automated response. Can I just consider my chests gone for good and that support is never gonna give a damn about re-compensating me?
