A heartfelt goodbye to Eric &quot;Cisdai&quot; Schuss

As many of you visit the European English forum section as well from time, it is with great grief and sadness that I have to forward you this message:

Dear community,

It brings me, the Runes of Magic team, and the whole of Gameforge/Frogster great sadness to inform you that during the weekend of the 21st / 22nd July, our moderator and friend Eric &#8220;Cisdai&#8221; Schuss passed away.

Cisdai joined the Runes of Magic team early 2009. His hard work and dedication has been invaluable in shaping the Runes of Magic community. Many of you have spoken with him on this forum and I know he was greatly loved by many.

Many of us here have had the pleasure of working with Eric for some time and his efforts and contributions will always be remembered. He was a valued member of our team, that projected positivity and respect in all aspects of his work. He will be dearly missed.

Our condolences and thoughts go out to his Family.

Thank you for the laughter we shared, thank you for listening to my sorrows and for giving advice in times of need, thank you for being a friend to me. You will be dearly missed.

"&#8220;Farewell, Cisdai&#8221; whispered Pat Dulan, as he released hundreds of cats to follow the heroes of Taborea. The cats would remind them of their dearly missed avatar and adviser. For many, no matter if elven, human or dwarven, the grief was still burdened all on every adventure.

&#8220;Bring back their memories. Remind them of the smiles and the counsel Cisdai gave to everyone. Let their sorrow turn into loving remembrance and let them feel joy for having known a man such as him.&#8221;

Every player who logs in between the time of 03.08.2012, 07:00 AM (PDT) and 06.08.2012, 00.00 AM (PDT) will receive a &#8220;Whiscat &#8211; Pet Egg (2 Hours)&#8221; in honor to Cisdai. May he be remembered forever.

Cisdai was a very nice person, got to meet em on the otherside as i have a character on a server cross the ocean. Cisdai was just like our Cm's and Gm's here, kind, caring and always willing to help and answer questions. Cisdai you will be missed by those that knew you. Take care and Godspeed friend, you have touched many lives and you will never been forgotten. Today we Honor a Fallen Taborian with our hearts and minds.
