Please note that the information about a Knowledge Base in said thread is currently outdated and will be adjusted in the near future.
Due to this change, you will need to register a new support account within this new portal, your old support login information will not work in this portal. Tickets you created in the old portal will be answered. All future support requests need to be done via the new support portal and provided links.
