Thank you all for the warm welcome. I will try to do my best and not let you down.

Last couple of days I was scrolling and reading all over this forum and I must admit I like what I saw. Ofcourse, until I'm familiar with everything don't expect some miracles or changes from me.

My way of managing community might not be what you are used to and I will try to adapt as soon as possible.
People say I'm friendly person; I definatelly like to talk alot, so if you have any problem, question, suggestion or remark don't hesitate to contact me over Private Messages. I will try to answer to every poke.

I know you like active Community Manager who is involved into discussions.
I'll try to do that, but sometimes I will simply stay in shadows and watch over you.
Just coz I'm not writting doesn't mean I'm not around

Constructive criticism is always welcomed and appreciated. On the other hand, every attempt to start rude and offensive conversation will simply be ignored

Mika, can you pelase forward the request for some more US GM's as well? We had 3 or 4 of them leave, and they have not been replaced. As a result, support tickets are getting no replies for months (it was weeks before they left - now its even worse).

There has also been several events where hell was breaking loose on the US/AU side, and we got no replies and no fix until 10 hours later when you guys woke up on the European side and starting trying to fix the issues.

Please don't get me wrong - I'm happy you joined us, Mika, but we really do need to have more GM's here, especially ones that live in the US time zone and can give help immediently, not 10 hours later when everyone has had enough and are downloading anoher game.

We offer a room in the upstairs of our garage. The garage where our door sporadicly opens and closes for no reason, shaking the entire garage violently.

Having EU support and leadership did not work for past 18 months, and tell you the truth I don't see why it will work now. I might be wrong, would not be first time I am proven wrong, but I have high doubt of that.
