That was kind of my thought too.

More than half the topics on the first page as of yesterday were people discussing how things are broken, bugged, imbalanced, how the support system doesnt help them, or how the terms of service is never enforced.

All seem like valid subjects for a community manager to look in to. Not to say this isnt being done, but we certainly do not see it being done.

As i told you, I really don't plan to spam all day long just to prove I'm around.
There are million thing in background that CM has to do which noone can see.
