A few days ago I introduced myself to the English RoM Community. I had my post translated to the other languages and had them posted.. but I forgot the second English speaking community.

My official Title is "Vice President Customer Communication", my responsibilities include Community Management, Support and Localization.
First of all I have to thank you for the sheer amount of constructive feedback we received. Seems we have our work cut out for us for the next couple of months.
I wont promise we will solve all the problems, what I can promise is a more open way of communication. Thanks to your feedback we and RW together already closed one big issue, still there is some work to do.
We are also working on other issue. Me responsibility also includes support, and we haven't done well ther for the past months. Yesterday the first goup of new Supporters started working here in Karlsruhe and are being trained. However, It will take some weeks untill we have cleared the backlog.
