in the past weeks there have been a lot of bans. Some of you has said that this has been done randomly. We would like to clarify this.
There was a massive ban wave in the past couple of weeks and months due to the cheaters like announced by ThePit. The current wave was due to bans regarding the alteration of game data. The alteration could be retraced and a ban was enforced accordingly.
That this is not allowed can be reread in the following point of our
AGB :
7.2 The user is prohibited from any form of manipulative
intervention in the online game. In particular, the user is not entitled
to use measures, mechanisms or software that could interfere with the
function or the course of the game. The user must not take measures that
may cause an unreasonable or excessive load on the technical capacity.
The user is not allowed to block, rewrite or modify contents generated
by Gameforge or to interfere in any other manner with the game.
We would like to point out again that we do not tolerate a misbehavior due to breaches of our AGB and gaming rules and we will act accordingly. We don't like to ban players however it was requested and necessary to enforce this method. Reread the AGB and the Gaming rules.
