Runes of Magic US / AU

Hello Community,

let's go into round #2 of quest fixes on the live servers.

Last weekend it was the German community's turn, now it's yours.

Date and time: Saturday Oct 19 , from 16:00 - Sunday Oct 20 03:00 (German time) [see details for US time below]

We will be starting on the English European servers in the German afternoon and hit the US servers later in our evening/night after 21:00 - our time limit is around 3 AM on Sunday German time, just like the last time.

Please keep the following things in mind and also tell your fellow players on the servers about it:

• If you are in siege war, we can not help with quests. You have to be in the normal open world.
  
• We will NOT complete quests of the following categories: Missing quests from the new title system, from currently closed instances or missing world bosses. (Reward: Garmel (Bedim) / Blood Debt (Hackman))
  
• Different quests will require different approaches. Not all quest help means the quest will be automatically completed. Please follow our directions via whisper/broadcast/world shout for specific quests.
  
• Please accept the quests that you want to have completed or help with.
  
• Last but not least: Please whisper only once and bring some patience.
  
• Just like last time, if you miss the event or have been overlooked (we get countless whispers as you can imagine) ,Support will help you in the same way, just open a ticket ;-)
  

- If you currently have tickets open with support on quests that you received help with during the live event, please close the ticket afterwards.
