Azathor

G'day folks,

as Mika already announced he's leaving this community soon. He also informed you about his replacement. That's me. Obviously somehow.

So, some facts about me which might be of interest. I am native German with some English skills, and I work as CoMa since more than 3 years, all the time taking care of MMOs as well as BGs. Since early to mid 2013 I am one out of two major responsible Community Managers for Metin2 on a global level. Now I got the pleasure of experiencing a new MMO, which I really do not know yet. Yupp, I do not play RoM nor did I have anything to do with it so far. But do not worry, there's a great, skilled and experienced team behind which won't let me do fuzz. ^^
Seriously, I expect to get into daily RoM business very soon, not into all details, but enough to replace Mika. There might be a minor advantage, from my working station I can see some RoM responsibles, so if the team can't help me, at least I know where to go and whom to kick.
I guess I got to thank Mika for all the work he did so far, cuz he left me a perfect environment to begin working in. I hope I will be able to walk in his shoes.
What else to tell? No clue. Questions? Ask. I will answer if possible, questions I do not like will be dealt with as if I do not like them. :P

Regards,
Aza

Time has passed, and suddenly it is time to say goodbye. It's been roughly 1 1/2 years and only feels like yesterday, when I got in charge of RoM.us. Most of you have not seen me much, my work was more behind the iron curtain, yet the team and somehow me as well stood our ground at the Thermophyles of endless bugs and issues. And we had and still have fun doing so. :)
Yet alone I got new duties within our company, leaving me no time and space for properly dealing with 3 MMOs at the same time. To be fair, RoM.us will be handed to a new CoMa due to this, as this game and community deserve more attention than I am able to pay to at the moment. So be kind to the new one.

Thanks for all the time, the nice chitchats via PMs and your patience with all our fuzz (do I need to say merge?). I hope you know how much you benefit from our great US team. Goodbye for now, maybe we meet again one day. :)
