Holiday time - Some diminished support

Dear community,

As the holiday time is upon us it is time for a small rest for our GM teams. Starting today and through January 1st, the team will be enjoying a bit of rest. This does not mean that tickets will go unanswered or in-game/in-IRC support will disappear, but it may happen at a slower rate or less often than you're usually accustomed to.
