Dear community,

Some of you have been using the reporting website to submit reports to us of players who had been breaking the rules or otherwise being a nuisance to the community. This tool was setup as a convenience but it has served the purpose it was originally intended to provide to us as Gamemasters.

Therefore, the tool will be shut down. All reports of player misconduct you experience in game can be reported straight to the ticket system where a Gamemaster can handle it as they would in the report system. The ticket system provides a better interface for you to provide details to us so that the report can be researched fully.

Please remember that all reports that are submitted are handled with confidentiality. The person that was reported will never know it was you that reported them, nor will the punishment that is handed out from a report will not be divulged to the reporter.

Please note that the ticket system has a rather stringent 512KB upload limit. For any screenshots or videos submitted, you may need to use an external site such as imgur or photobucket to host the image or YouTube to host the video.

We encourage you to provide your assistance to the team by reporting any disruptions by other players to maintain a fair and fun environment. While we try to be in game as much as possible and observe the game flow, sometimes we can't be and the reports players provide us are a huge help.
