Dear Community,

I wanted to drop a heads up to you frequent forum dwellers about the forums and some changes pending the upcoming merges.

On Wednesday 2015-11-11 at some point, assuming the maintenance and merges go well, we will be folding Artemis, Reni and Thalia forums into the new forum 'Mithras'.

What will this mean for you?
Well, not much. Just that in order to find any previous topics, you will need to look in the Mithras forum. We'll basically be creating the new forum and moving all the topics into it, instead of renaming the forum 'Artemis' and moving Reni and Thalia into it. Tends to go a bit cleaner this way.

Won't this make the old links inaccessible?
Nope. Any link is tracked by TopicID, an internal identifier that will always track back to that topic. Even though all of the subforum information is in the link, that's simply for SEO and will not effect previously posted links anywhere, even your bookmarks will be safe!

What about the Govinda, Osha, Indigo, Grimdal and Palenque forums?
One step at a time. Those merges will be coming...when they are finalized and done, we will do the same to those forums. We will of course announce this change similar to this announcement when that time comes.

Any other forum changes in the future?
Yes, actually. We are planning a small revamp of the forums to make a bit more sense and bring content to you a bit easier. We're still in the planning and discussion stages, but once something is near finalized, we will of course bring you the news regarding that timeline as well.
