One of the additional payment options implemented with our new GamePay billing system is the Super Rewards program, that will award diamonds to players that participate in Super Rewards’ offer wall services, like Surveys and others.
We discovered a glitch in the system that caused Super Rewards to not award the correct amount of diamonds. This has been fixed by Super Rewards as soon as possible, however, there was a period in which the payouts awarded have been too high.
The payouts indicated and awarded through the Super Rewards option now are the ones initially intended. Currently it is not planned to do any retroactive adjustments for players that participated in the program during the glitch.
