Just saw a GM looking at this thread a few minutes ago (Aqualink specifically) and not respond.
Idk if the GMs just don't have an answer or don't have the proper communication with the sales team to get an answer or?...
Even a "we're looking in to it" type response would be nice.

Well considering the time in Germany not much couldve been fixed anyway.
We forwarded it when we were informed of it. You may not realize it but we're sometimes aware of issues before they actually become issues. Funny how that works when you have some additional access, hm?
As it was a holiday in Germany yesterday (as I was told) not much could have been done at that time. Sorry, but that's the reality of things. We've told the players probably close to literally a million times that the GM's don't have control over the shop, only the sales team. All we can do is forward your concerns just like we always do.
As nothing really can come out of this thread and longer that is constructive given the way these threads always go and this one is going, /closed.
