Rubies for item shop

Would it be possible to buy rubies like we buy diamonds with real money. That could be a nice option for the players in general and a way to make money for Gameforge. If a GM could reply to this please, tyvm.

it would defeat the purpose of ruby bonus IMO...

if we sell rubies for real money, we might as well just put all the ruby stuff in the dia shop and get rid of rubies totally.

Rubies are fine as they are imo, they are Preety easy to get now that most sales give them. And as cike pointed out it would defeat the object of having the currency in the first place.

Also agree with Cike and Cenre.

There's no reason for a ruby change.

And again as pointed out, it's a "bonus" for a reason. Get rid of the ruby shop altogether instead of make another currency purchasable through real money

You can already purchase rubys with real life currency... What you do is, buy dias, then buy stuff in the item shop.

Example: 'Bag of Blend Runes' costs 15 dias, you get 8 rubies. This means rubies are approximately double the price of dias in real life currency.

Absolutely to both Cenre and Cike. Both options work equally well.

So still no feasible reason for selling rubies as a separate currency outside of the bonus.

Well i am not gonna buy diamonds for 30+ different accounts loll and backpack space is not available in IS for diamonds. Just would be nice to have that features for those willing to pay for it.

Maybe we should have a thread that asks for extra inventory spaces all around to be sold for diamonds instead of rubies?

If you are willing to pay for it just use the logical way out and do the 15diam for 8 ruby deal.

There are better trade off for that if you are simply after rubies, I just threw a random one into this thread because it SHOULD be self-explanatory... *sigh*

ex. Marble Pot Plant, Costs 5 dias, gets you 4 rubies.

If you say you are wiling to pay for your rubies, that's the way to go ^

Edit: (If you want a more usable item, there are transport runes (3:1) and basic drillers (5:4))

not to mention the fact that bp tickets are REALLY easy to get from events. I usually end up throwing out 1/2 the ones I get, just because there are so many...

if you have an alt that has a need for bp space, you prolly play it enough that you can get about as many tickets as you can use for free...

You can get backpack tickets from the Ancient Treasure Ruins minigame. I think you turn in 5 (or is it 7?) medals and get a random 7 or 30 day ticket for page 3 or 4.
