I talked to the less than professional GM's on IRC and they said that it will start 3am Sunday morning East Coast US time. So, Call in sick for work so you can take advantage of the exp event 3/4's of the way through it.

Change the BST to PDT (Don't convert, just replace) and you get the time the dias sale will be on for US servers. Then convert to your specific time zone.
