Buying diamonds with prepaid cards

So I am posting this to see if anyone else had issues with the recent diamond sale. I use prepaid cards. I always have. I always used to use Zeevex until they were discontinued, so I switched to CVS pharmacy cards. These worked great up until a recent change. See link.

[US] New Gift card Payment Options

As you can see, CVS pharmacy cards are still listed, but when you go to the diamond buying site now, you have to select the "via prepaid service" tab. Under that are three options:

giftcards1
giftcards2
fastcard

When giftcards1 is selected, an error appears that says "this option is not available in your country". giftcards2 option lists a lot of the giftcard options, but not all of them.

CVS and several others are not listed at all.

Based on the exchange rates, CVS cards should be listed under the giftcards1 tab.

As instructed, I sent a note to gameforge.billing support and received the following response:

"Unfortunately we are unable to offer you any other payment methods aside from the ones offered in the game, since no other payment methods are provided by the game operator."

So I am confused. CVS is a USA based company and this option has been available since Zeevex was discontinued. It is listed as a payment option in the post, but unavailable on the diamond buying page.

I am just writing this to see if anyone else was having any similar issues and to see if there was some type of a workaround or other options to use US based gift cards.

Got the same generic reply. Also got that same reply when I sent a ticket in because the other 90% of cards weren't listed a few weeks ago, which got updated. I am adding notes and screen captures to the ticket to see if this helps them to fix issues with there own system. I also noted that the giftcards1 that is not working use to open to the "openbucks" website for approval and payment.

Current situation on the issue: We ve contacted our partners to solve the problem. We are hoping to get a solution asap.

Problem will be maybe fixed before christmas ^^

I also use gift cards to purchase diamonds. The gift cards I use are in the giftcard #1 group.

This group is still broken, 'cannot use in current country'.

Now we have a 150% diamond sale, along with legendary crafting tickets that seem to go on sale only once a year.

Once this is fixed, can you PLEASE return the 150% diamonds & legendary crafting tickets for those of use that aren't able to purchase this weekend?

Yes. I am quite upset at this point. I always look forward the to Christmas / New Year sales and items offered, but cannot take advantage of them due to this issue.

I too agree that these offers should be extended to folks that submitted tickets once the issue is fixed.

Based on the fact that the goal of a business is to make money, you would have thought this issue would have taken priority.

Apparently they are getting enough $$$ from other methods of payment.

Quite disappointing.

Same here. Trying to drop a fortune on this game and can't even do that now. I understand it's the holidays but had your support not carelessly auto replied our tickets weeks ago. The problem could have been rectified well in time for the holidays.

Still no joy. Same error as the rest of you guys. Not available in my country. Any idea as to when there will be a fix. Already missed out on the Christmas promo hate to miss New Years as well.

My reply to my first ticket went unanswered. I submitted a second. I was told by a CM that the second might be dismissed right away because the system may see it as a duplicate. Its been over a month now. Hope they fix this soon. I use a credit union who sees the foreign fee as a fraudulent charge and so it won't go through so I started buying the subway cards ( openbucks most recommended card) about a year ago. I think the issue is that when you get to that screen it shows my country as Great Britain.

Once its fixed can we get another diamond sale with 150% or more since a few of us were unable to use these cards and have missed several sales.

As you can now Diamond HH is not something, which is happening every weekend, so for now I'm unable to tell for when next one is panned. Also HH are planned regardless of "payment problems" as these are two separate teams, nevertheless I will forward the info to our Shop Managers.
