Taborea Trembles With Fear...



Once again , in the night to November 1st - It's Halloween! Witches, ghosts and monsters will celebrate Walpurgnis Night. Those frightening creatures swore that they will visit Taborea between October 28th and November 1st.

Be prepared when the motto once again is: Trick or Treat! During the event the "Master of Horror" will give you some spooky tasks and hand out small rewards to you.

The exact moments when the individual servers will be haunted are not known, only one thing is certain: It will happen between October 28th and November 1st, 3:00pm - 5:00pm PT. The "Masters Of Horror" will announce it via forum and ingame broadcasts, so keep an eye on the chat.

But beware: The pumpkins and monsters of the underworld that will await you during the event are not exactly the most friendly creatures in the world of Taborea. A huge number of those monsters will haunt you in the abandoned areas during the event duration.

The huge "Pumpkin", a malicious, ancient pumpkin, is a deadly menace for all residents and towns. Stick together, try to save your homeland from destruction and you will be rewarded for your courage. Tackle and defeat the undead together and save Taborea!

Indigo and Grimdal have sucessfully beaten the Pumpkin Menace.
Rumor has it, the Big Bad Pumpkin™ fled to one of the other servers after the PVPlers beat it down to a bloody pumpkin pie... more info as soon as we have them ;)

Artemis done, took a bit longer then planned but was really nice - but now, good night ;)

The Big Bad Pumpkin fled to the next server - which one might it be? find out later/tomorrow ;-)

Once more the Big Bad Pumpkin was beaten to bloody pumpkin pie.... the heroes of Govinda have prevailed.

Which server will be the next to be haunted by the Pumpkin?

Today: "Pumpkin Menace" on Palenque. And without much further ado: NOW. We're kinda late this time ;)

We will visit Osha and Reni after the problems are solved, so that the players on these 2 servers do not miss out on the events.
This is for both "Pumpkin Menace" and "Trick or Treat".

Trick or Treat: We're currently planning to power through all US Servers except the 2 that have problems atm tomorrow .
So Artemis/Govinda/Palenque/Grimdal/Indigo watch out in your afternoon/early evening - not necessarily in that order.

(Yes, this is an event held in the afternoon and it is intended this way ;-))

If this changes for some reason, I'll post here again.

Latest Update: Big Bad Pumpkin™ also defeated on Palenque. Did he flee to Reni? Or to Osha? We will find out... soon!
[But after the server problems are fixed]

Indigo, Grimdal,Govinda and Artemis received their treats. :)

Will visit Palenque when I have someone capable of speaking Spanish at hand, not tonight anymore. ;)

Ok, as announced earlier, the two servers who had problems during the event week had their events postponed but not forgotten.

So, tonight, it's the turn of Reni and Osha for the event, although it's a bit late for helloween ;)

We will start right away with Trick or Treat - first: Reni.

Okay, took longer than expected due the problems with the servers - again.

But this time we're at it. Pumpkin Menace on Reni just started.

Server problems earlier tonight + the prespawned mobs already vanished on Osha (but seemingly not killed by players?) , all that took it's time.

But now, we also completed both "Trick or Treat" and "Pumpkin Menace" on both Reni and Osha. The halloween events held by the team are therefor done now.

We hope you had fun, we certainly had. With that, good "night" - It is 9am already here from where I am posting. ;-)
