Runes of Magic US / AU

Not everything is about serious business in Taborea. Sometimes weird things happen. This is one of those times: The Mighty Alpaca has invaded Silverspring with many of its minions and someone needs to tame them or else this will be a mess.



If you think you can handle these wild alpacas and manage to complete a race course on one of them faster than anyone else you will be able to keep the heir to the Mighty Alpaca.


The race will start in Varanas bridge and will follow the main road up to Tagena where it will end. You will need to cross each checkpoint as fast as you can to show you have mastered the Alpaca riding. Checkpoints will be marked with herds of alpacas, make sure to get close enough.


When does this nonsense start? I want to participate!
We will start visiting servers on May 2nd, 2014 and May 3rd, 2014.

Palenque (US/ES) - 4:30 pm EST
Osha - 7:00 pm EST
Grimdal - 8:00 pm EST
Reni - 9:00 pm EST

May 3rd

Thalia - 6:00 am EST
Govinda - 7:00 pm EST
Indigo - 8:00 pm EST
Artemis - 9:00 pm EST


Prizes:
The winner (the one who reaches the goal first) will receive a permanent alpaca mount of his choosing. But NO ONE loses when alpacas are involved so we will be giving out 7-day alpaca mounts to everyone participating and some food to keep them healthy and strong.


Rules and additional Information:
- You will have to use an alpaca to participate. If you use any other kind of mount you will be disqualified. You do not want to offend the mighty alpaca.
- You have to pass through all three checkpoints to receive your prize. If you don't you will be disqualified. Pay attention to the alpaca barriers for this!
- Anything else is allowed. Speed pot? Ok. Riding your alpaca backwards? Even better!
- Crashes are considered part of the show, this race is not as much about the competition itself as it is about having fun with this weird event. If you fall from your Alpaca, just get back on!
- Make sure to be at Varanas Bridge (Channel 1) on the posted time. There will only be one round of items giveaway, so if you are not there on time you won't get your 7 day - Alpaca to participate.
- We will try to take some screenshots and maybe record a video for the lolz and to have a souvenir from this madness.
