GM event on EU

So EU servers got this for september 2nd 2015, nice easy event for all on EU, yes only EU to enjoy and benefit from. http://board.eu.runesofmagic.gameforge.c…202#post4885202

Then on september 19th 2015 on DE servers only as i didn't see it posted on the other forums there except German they got this:

Guess EU have GM's with more power to do things for the community, since ours seems to have no power at all to make events or just gave up on US side.

Funny thing is that on EU side unlike us having only a CONTEST section on the forums and rarely get anything, even if we ask, beg for them, we are just not worth anyone's times for said events. EU has CONTEST forum thread with 3 sub threads that are : Constest & events, Ingame events and Board events, bias much? i would tend to think HELL YA!!!

If Gameforge is so scared to give power to a couple of GM's to make events, NPC events, scared that they might mess things up on the server etc, why did you hire them in the first place??? Pretty sure we have at least 5 to 6 GM's on the US that are trustworthy, love the game as much as any player and wish they could do more. Would be about time Gameforge stops being greedy and stingy to the US community and bring back monthly event for us too.

So pass this along whoever says or is in charge and start being fair to both sides!!!!!!!!!!

That's kind of ridiculous I totally would have done the crossword that would've been interesting and those rewards were great. Love how our cash shop was screwed so long ago to match EU so "we could all be equal" but EU is still so clearly the favorite.

Took a long time for the EN to actually get those rewards from an event, for a very long time the events like those have only been aimed at the DE community, this was the first one to actually only be opened to the EN community, Idk why they didnt make events for the entire game rather then individual communities, its not exactly hard to make a translation.

They figured crossword was not a fair event. You have to spell English words correctly and stuff; you know Germans would have a leg up.

we will attempt to run more of these events providing we have time.

I understand Isopod, you guys and gals have real lives too but it should be Gameforge employees that should be doing these since they are not volunteers. Once a month or 2 months, they come on the servers make a common event both for EU and US, not only EU. But this is just a suggestion to try to get things going since my bet you guys have enough on your plate, i'll share the bacon, just this once :beer:

Heyho my Dear RoManiacs,

we do show appreciation for good players/customers or however you want to call yourself. :)
I as a Community Manager intend to have good running communities with happy players.

I do know, that this is not always possible since you're not always convinced with what we provide to you.
At this point, my team is consisting of volunteers and they all have - as you do too I guess - full-time jobs where they work in.
They do all that crazy and funny GM stuff for you in their free time and they love it.

You guys want more InGame GM events? Okay, you can have them. I promise to have a look into this together with the team, but please be so gentle that you give us quite some time to plan and execute something like that.

Like Iso said: We'll do our best.

im so glad that we have Valguard around now. He gives me the feeling that stuff is actually going to start getting done around here! :D

Valaguard gets paid to help out so he can tho everyone else is a volunteer. ANd since I hear saito got a full job that doesn't bode well for the g team with the rest of them having less dedication no offense but none of you can deny it saito has gone above and beyond what could be expected of him.

I meant ROM makes more money from EU so it's natural they would show them more appreciation than over here in the USA. To me it's expected and acceptable that we have different events since we're in two parallel universes that will never intersect.
