Highly unlikely since some events run longer than supposed to and there is not enough time to run all anymore so some will be skipped and yes i agree with you i also waited on this

If you had to choose one to skip why on earth would the crafting festival be skipped and not some of these completely useless ones that nobody actually cares about. Like the juice festival. Or pretty much every festival except the crafting festival and title festival. Those two festivals should be run EVERY YEAR without fail.

I guess a lot of us were hoping for the Craft Festival, but when it didn't appear during the summer, I just accepted it then that we'd miss it.

Saying that, last year (or the year before?) we got a couple of festivals out of sequence.

Perhaps there may yet be hope...?
