Crazy Alpaca Race!

Spring is here and the alpacas can’t wait to stretch their legs and graze on green meadows again. So why not channel this enthusiasm and have an alpaca race!

Once the Taborean Alpaca Care Association made that decision, they realized that all alpacas need some exercise to get into shape first.

Do you want to help them out? Well, perfect! You will be able to purchase “The Racing Alpaca” in the shop – for free! This will be enabled in the very near future so that you can get the package ahead of time directly from the item shop to use for the event!

The specific date and time frame for the server event itself will be announced by the Game Team on your respective board. You will also find the rules there.

So, off you go/ride!

rules:
  • You will have to use the "Festive Peach Bloosom Alpaca" to participate. If you use any other kind of mount you will be disqualified.
  • You have to pass through ALL of the checkpoints to receive your prize. If you don’t, you’ll be disqualified.
  • During the race it is allowed to use Mount speed potions and buffs - please note that with the Alpaca you have received 1x Mount Speed Potion (1 Day), feel free to use it during the race.
  • During the race it will not be allowed the use of:
    • Wedding Rings
    • The "Follow" option
    • Passageway Rune / Transport Rune / Portal Rune ect.
    • any other method allowing player to "teleport"
  • Screenshots and videos of this event as souvenirs are more than welcome.
  • Crashes are considered part of the show, this race is not as much about the competition itself as it is about having fun together. If you fall from your mount, just get back on!
  • By participating in the event, the user agrees with the terms of the event. During the event Term of Use, Forum Rules, and/or Game Rules of Runes of Magic are also in effect.
  • The Runes of Magic Team may change the rules for the event at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances that could affect a fair result of the event.
Rewards The five fastest players on each server will receive.
  • 1st place: 1x Festive Peach Blossom Alpaca (Permanent)
  • 2nd to 5th places: 1x Festive Peach Blossom Alpaca in a Bag (30 Days)
All participants will also receive:
  • 1x Basic Daily Quest Skill Potion
  • 30x Badge of the Trial
  • 15x Golden Eggs
  • 5x Universal Potions / (Completely restores all HP, Mana, Rage, Energy, and Focus one)
Note: The game team will announce the times for the event following this post. Please make sure to keep an eye out to know when to ride your alpaca to the event location!

Event Package for Crazy Alpaca Race

Have you already heard of this rapid event the Taborean Alpaca Care Association is planning?

In order to participate, you need to get your “Racing Alpaca”, but (unlike planned) it is not available in the shop right now, because we had to adjust its settings. You will be able to purchase the package again for free after tomorrow’s maintenance.

Please note: Due to the changed settings, anyone who has already purchased the “Racing Alpaca” will have to get it again. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. You will be able to claim one package per account.
