Runes of Magic US / AU

Summer has arrived to Taborea and the weary adventurers are scattered around the world to enjoy a well-deserved vacation! This also means that a lot of awesome summer memories; stories and vacation photos are being made and shared!

Why not join in and share your summer memories with us and your fellow community members? Tell us about your summer adventures and that places that have you visited in Taborea, by designing a postcard!

Please be aware of submission requirements:

• You need to design both sides of the postcard: front with the image (or collage of images and/or texts) and the back with a short summer greetings, stamp and address
  • Please do not share any private information such as real name, surname or address - they should be fictional and connected to Taborea, for example: "Mrs. Celes, City Square no. 186, 14-551 Varanas, Silverspring.
  
  
• You have to use in-game screenshots and/or some render elements and texts. The use of the real life photos is not allowed.
  

Rules:

1. Every registered Runes of Magic player may participate in the competition. Members of the Runes of Magic Team are not eligible to participate.
   
2. By participating in the competition, you give Gameforge permission to use your submission on any Gameforge official page (such as forums, websites, Facebook and Twitter).
   
3. Every submission must match the competition theme.
   
4. Participants may enter only one submission for the whole competition.
   
5. We will choose 3 winners from each community (RoM: EN / DE / FR / PL / ES / IT / US). Participants will be grouped by the servers where they would like to receive the reward. Winners will be announced on the forums and/or on our social media pages.
   
6. The Runes of Magic Team may change the rules for the competition at any time, should unforeseen circumstances prevent the fair administration of the competition.
   

Competition theme:

• "Taborean Summer Greetings"
  

Any submissions, which:

1. infringe copyright laws or were not made by the participant,
   
2. are submitted in an incorrect file type,
   
3. do not match the competition theme,
   
4. use animation,
   
5. violate the Terms of Use, Forum Rules, and/or Game Rules of Runes of Magic
   

will be excluded from the competition immediately and without warning. The Runes of Magic Team will judge the submissions and choose the winners, taking into account the effort, creativity and visual effect of the submitted works.

Submission details:

1. Your submission must be made in one of the following formats: .JPG, .BMP, .PNG, .GIF, .TIFF
   
2. Each user may send only one submission.
   
3. All submissions must be sent via email to: postcards@runesofmagic.com
   
4. The following information must be included in the submission email:

Please state in your submission email, that is the gender of the character on which you would like to receive the costume in case of winning.
Note: The email must be sent from a valid email address (linked to your Runes of Magic account) and one that you check regularly.

Timeframe:

1. The competition starts on: 14.07.2016
   
2. The competition ends strictly at: 24.07.2016 23:59 CEST
   

All entries submitted after this time will not be considered by the judges.

Rewards:
For each Runes of Magic community, the RoM Team will choose 3 winners (i.e.3 winners per community for a total of 21 winners).

The best 3 submissions from each community will receive as a rewards:

• 5x Skill Potions
  
• 5x Experience Potions
  
• 1x Silver Envoy's Set (depending if character is female or male)
