Winter is close and the Taborean turtles are already preparing themselves for hibernation. But before they stop moving for several weeks, they want to have some fun to live off. What suits better to this purpose than a race? So hop on and with some patience you will take your turtle across the finish line!
If you don’t have a turtle yet, you can purchase it for only 1 Diamond in the Item Shop.
But don’t worry if you decide spontaneously to participate. Teamlers will give out 7 day versions just before the race starts. Make sure you claim the package with the character you intend to join the race with.
The specific date and time frame for the server event itself will be announced by the Game Team on your respective board. You will also find the rules there.
- You will have to use the "Blue Devil Tortoise" to participate. If you use any other kind of mount you will be disqualified.
- You have to pass through ALL of the checkpoints to receive your prize. If you don’t, you’ll be disqualified.
- During the race it is allowed to use Mount speed potions and buffs
- During the race it will not be allowed the use of:
- Wedding Rings
- The "Follow" option
- Passageway Rune / Transport Rune / Portal Rune ect.
- any other method allowing player to "teleport"
- Screenshots and videos of this event as souvenirs are more than welcome.
- Crashes are considered part of the show, this race is not as much about the competition itself as it is about having fun together. If you fall from your mount, just get back on!
- Make sure to get the "Blue Devil Tortoise" on the character and server you would like to participate in the race. The mount can be bought for 1 Diamond once per game account but a 7 days version will be given out by our teamlers as well.
- By participating in the event, the user agrees with the terms of the event. During the event Term of Use, Forum Rules, and/or Game Rules of Runes of Magic are also in effect.
- The Runes of Magic Team may change the rules for the event at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances that could affect a fair result of the event.
Rewards
The five fastest ones from each server will win the following prizes:
- 1st place: 1x "Giant Mammoth" (permanent)
- 2nd to 5th places: 1x "Young Mammoth" (permanent)
All participants will also receive:
- 1x Basic Daily Quest Skill Potion
- 30x Badge of the Trial
- 30x Golden Eggs
- 10x Universal Potions / (Completely restores all HP, Mana, Rage, Energy, and Focus one)
- 1x Young Mammoth (30 Days)
