Payment Maintenance, 01/25/2012



On Wednesday, 25th January 2012, our payment system will be unavailable due to maintenance. The payment website will be down from 11:00 pm PST until approximately 11:30 pm PST.


During this time no transactions can be completed.

Just wanted to try to get some kind of fast service... When redeeming RoM diamond cards, the confirmation page errors out so you cannot get the coupon number for the added in game item. It has not worked on the past two cards I have redeemed.

Please contact our support with any billing issues, you can find a link in my signature to our support portal, we on forums do not have the necessary tool access to assist you. Also please check your email, including spam/junkmail folders, the mail might have ended up in there.
