Technical Issues US Servers [24.02.2012]

All US servers are currently experiencing technical difficulties and our IT team is working dilligently on solving the issue. We have an estimated ETA of 2 hours to solve this issue and we will inform the community of any changes to this schedule.

Due to the technical issues, we have confirmed that some players suffered a rollback and item losses of progress they gained in that time-frame.

To reimburse all affected players for this, we will send those players a small compensation in the form of 20 Diamonds.

This compensation will be given automatically upon logging in or when the character enters a new zone (i.e. teleport).

If you were logged in during the time of the technical issues and are eligible for the compensation, this procedure will be activated at some point today and will happen throughout today, not necessarily right after you read this message, so please give it some time.

We apologize again for the inconvenience this may have caused for you.
